A large organizational issue solved. Growing retail revenue with an original approach.

Through our research we discovered some large organizational issues in retail. One of the key issues was that retail employees were only getting technical training and there was no advertising and minimal marketing support. (which they vocalized in the video shown here) as opposed to competition like LG , Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej, Bosch, among others who spent a lot on mass and digital media.

We found a unique and creative way to address this issue. By giving them new ideas to pitch nine product categories every week. We also simplified technology that they studied in manuals converting it into an engaging video format which they could refer to anytime. Here are a few examples from over 80 such videos branded “Dear CSR” (Customer sales representation).
